Southchip Semiconductor was established at the end of 2015 in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Shanghai. Southchip focuses on charging management of lithium batteries, charge Pump/DC-DC/AC-DC power conversion, fast charging protocols, wireless charging, lithium battery protection and other power management. Out start-up team came from Texas Instruments, and all had more than 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry. We were deeply engaged in the field of power management and had been partners for many years with a tacit cooperation.
